Wedding and Celebration Cakes:

At Birch Bakery our goal is to design and create a cake that is unique to your style and event. No two cakes should be alike just as no two events are exactly alike. We put great thought into each and every design and will work closely with you to ensure the final product is exactly what you dreamed it would be.

All custom designed wedding and specialty cakes are priced per slice based on design with a minimum order of $300.00 for specialty cakes and $750.00 for tiered wedding cakes. We offer single tier options along with a dessert table starting at $150.00 with an overall dessert table order minimum of $750. After the minimum, Fondant style cakes begin at $12.00 per slice and Buttercream style cakes begin at $10.00 per slice. We also offer sheet cakes for additional servings beginning at $6.00 per slice.

Cupcakes:

At Birch Bakery we believe cupcakes can be the centerpiece of an event, a cute addition to a party, or simply just a sweet treat on a lovely day.

We offer two different sizes of cupcakes:

bite-size mini cupcakes starting at $2.75, minimum order 48 cupcakes (2 dozen minimum per flavor);

and standard size cupcakes starting at $4.75, minimum order 24 cupcakes (2 dozen minimum per flavor);

Pricing will vary depending on decoration. Cupcakes can be made in any combination of cake and frosting flavors. Standard cupcakes can also be filled for an additional $0.50/cupcake.

For Gluten Free cupcakes add $0.50/cupcake for standard, $0.25/cupcake for bite-size.

Cake Skewers:

Want a dessert table but also want cake? Why not have the best of both worlds? Our Cake Skewers are the perfect add on to a dessert table. Easy for guests to grab and the perfect little bite-size. Available in any combination of cake and filling!

Pricing starts at $4.50/skewer and will vary depending on flavor combination.
