Birch Bakery is proud to be part of an incredible local vendor community. We have had the privilege of partnerning on a number of beautiful photo shoots as well as being a vendor in some absolutely breathtaking weddings. We have been published in Seattle Bride twice, The White Wren, and Style Me Pretty.
We were so proud to be part of the shoot featured in the Fall/Winter 2021 issue of Seattle Bride. The shoot made the cover, and this stunning 4 tier fondant cake with sugar ranunculus and wafer paper ruffles was an absolute showstopper.

We were thrilled to be a part of the vendor team featured on the second cover of Seattle Bride 2023. This stunning wedding was gorgeous in every last detail. The cake was a simple 2 tier fondant with sugar roses which perfectly matched the real florals and gold leaf.

This floral overload poppy themed shoot at the lovely Lairmont Manor was featured in The White Wren. The flowers were incredible and we matched the poppies in sugar on this stunning 3 tier cake.
