How are cakes priced?

All wedding and specialty cakes are priced per slice based on design with a minimum order of $200.00 for specialty cakes and $500.00 for tiered wedding cakes.  We offer single tier wedding options along with a dessert table starting at $150.00 with an overall order minimum of $500.  Beyond the minimums, Fondant style cakes begin at $10.00 per slice and Buttercream style cakes begin at $9.00 per slice.  We also offer sheet cakes for additional servings beginning at $6.00 per slice.

Do you offer Gluten Free items?

Our Vanilla and Chocolate cake are both available gluten free and all of our frostings are gluten free.  We also offer cookies and bars.  Check out our Sweet Treats Page for more info!

How can I reserve my date?

We are a small bakery and strive to ensure we are putting special care and attention into each and every order.  As such, we can only take a certain number of orders per week.   A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.   The remaining balance is due three weeks prior to your event date.  Once payment is made in full, no further changes can be made to your order.

Cakes booked within 30 days of the event date require non-refundable payment in full at time of booking.  

 

Do you deliver?

Birch Bakery offers delivery for all cake and wedding orders.  For orders within a 30 mile radius pricing starts at $100.  The delivery price and minimum order will increase based on distance and complexity of the cake/delivery.  Please contact us for delivery options and pricing for other order types!!
